Also included are a few of the comic strips that we all love. So you not only get food but a little laughter as well. I am going to share a different kind of lasagna from this cookbook. It is Easy Skillet Lasagna. In the cookbook, it is titled Bachelor-Style Skillet Lasagna. I changed the recipe up just a little by adding onion and garlic. This is perfect when you have a craving for lasagna, but not really the time to make lasagna. My whole family loves recipes like this and the leftovers heat up so well! Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1 small onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced or 1 tsp. I like the mafalda shape because it looks like little lasagna noodles but use what you have. This shape can sometimes be hard to find. Rotini or bow tie pasta also works well. However, he loves Garfield and he eats lasagna usually 2 helpings and wants leftovers for the next day without even thinking about what's in it because it's Garfield's favorite dish so if I had a cookbook full of Garfield approved recipes I might have a less picky eater! First, I only used 2 cups of beef broth water mixed with Knorr's bouillon instead of 28 oz. Second, I did not use a nonstick pan. Having said that I kept adding more water and it turned out fine.
